I've not got a WIP to show you...well, the only one I am working on, I can't show you, and as for the others...well, they haven't budged an inch, and you just saw the Zeebee the other day.
It's been these socks (aren't they purty? hehe) The second sock is like being a total twit at times. I mean sock 1 behaved and all the stitches went where they were supposed to go without being told! What's up with that??? huh! No, sock 2 wants to tell ME where the stitches go..
Well I am perservering and you'll be able to see the finished product soon..

Ok, I lied, you can't see them until my uberpatient
Pal gets them. **heh, some of you have seen these in action..shhhh, I know where you live if you spill the beans..well kind of ;) You have been warned!**
It's been a whirlwind of sewing. 8 cases done, some were special orders and the rest went to the shop. I gave myself a day off from sewing. I needed it!
So instead you get arty farty pictures.
This is from a booth at SAFF. Our first house (and one day our last house we own) was a log cabin. Since then, we often get art/knicknacks, etc. with a log cabin on it to kind of remind us of the past and what we are looking forward to in the future...aka. retirement.

It has the cabin, Santa (which I like to collect pictures, figurines, etc.) and sheep. Some of my favorite things.

They had cute cards too. The artist is
Joan Arnold, OWS. Not sure if it was her at the booth or not.
And finally from my resident Arteest!
Batty should like this one!

The magnet on the lower right was sent home as a fund raiser for the school. After looking at all that could be made with the artwork, we both decided on fabric/quilt square. Cheap, still earned money for the school, and we could decide what to do. Pillow for her, probably a real quilt square for me.
She's quite the arteest, my son pays her to do his school artwork/posters, etc. She's even won a few prizes. Guess crafty/artyness only runs in the females of my family ;)
