Leaf over Yellow......

Today's YPF courtesy of Sundara Yarn

Sundara Yarn
Leaf over Yellow Sport Merino Somewhat Solid Colorway

Very soft yarn! I know it'll be a pleasure to knit with!

I had to tweek the colors a teensy, weensy bit. I didn't take advantage of the sunny day to go outside..um..remember the *P word ;)

Sundara Yarn

Sundara dyes in small batches and rarely does the same colorways.

Sundara Yarn

Her somewhat solid line usually has 1 base color (in this skein it was yellow) and dyes another color over it. Some of you may already know that if this skein was totally yellow....

Sundara Yarn

it wouldn't be here on the screen! ;) But put some green over it and ahhhhhh!
*enable alert, she may still have space available for her Petals Collection too!

So now that I've tempted you..um..I got this yarn sometime this past fall...

My plan for this yarn and it's mate....Roza's Socks by Grumperina in the Spring IK. But will probably be knit in the fall..hmmm...

Sigh, vacation is over today...2 more days off then back at it....Project pics tomorrow! A certain "FO" to make it's Spring Debut!

Gorgeous . . . . absolutely gorgeous!! I've been really into green lately, and that's the perfect green. It will look terrific as the Roza socks. Can't wait for the Spring Debut!!

The yarn is lovely. Such a pretty green.
I really need to get some of Sundara's nearly solids when she starts up again.

I've seen people do that base color thing in cake decorating too. Neat. I love the green color that the whole process resulted in.

I love seeing all the diffferent yarns you have to show off. So many I haven't tried.

That green is so beautiful and vibrant! I love it! I haven't had a chance to get any of Sundara's yarn but this picture may just throw me over and send me to the add to cart button.

Love that green! I did the Petals Collection for 6 months and loved everything she sent--unfortunately my sock knitting couldn't keep up. I really should organize my yarncave--yours looks so dang clean and tidy!

OH MY HOW I LOVE THIS COLOR!! I dyed a little tiny bit of yarn last summer similar to this but it's not enough to do anything with. I love this color! ...Sports weight too, even better!!
