Woot Wednesday!

ETA: Blog might be looking wonky for a while, about time to update!

Interesting title huh ;) A few reasons why I have my Woot on!

WIP Woots
Mr. Lipstickjeans
Mr. Lipstickjeans - Finally could try on today! Yes, it looks a bit stretched, but remember I have 3-4 inches of ribbing for the buttonhole to do. I needed to see when I could start the cabled portion. I think I'm there! The pattern does suggest using a needle size smaller for that part. At first I wasn't going to, but I think it needs it for a bit of shaping. Any thoughts? I'm just glad to get this outta hibernation.

February Lady Sweater
February Lady Sweater - almost ready for 2nd buttonhole placement. The first one was ok, hoping I get better at them.

I'd love to have both done by SAFF, not sure I will, but hey, one can hope ;)

Another Woot
Edible Arrangements
An Edible Arrangement from my friend Christine arrived yesterday. What a sweetie! Thank you! Definately arrived on a meh day perfect cheering up..and not much left either ;)

Wast Woot- I'm 4 treatments away from being done with Radiation Therapy! I'll be done on Friday afternoon. Going good so far, a bit more tired than usual, but I am used to being a bit more active during the week as well and the darned antibiotics are murder on my stomach, but it could be worse!

So..that's all for Woot Wednesday...

Nice lipstickjeans! I'm hoping a certain campaign isn't upset with you for calling your sweater that (although you've always called it that!)

The final four!!! Woo hoo!

Yay!

I think you should go down a needle size if you have the right one. It'll keep the sweater shaped to you. Lovely!

BTW, are you getting gauge on the February Lady Sweater with the STR or did you have to knit a different size? I'm itching to buy yarn for that one and the STR is one of the options on my list.

Yay, almost done with the ickies!

The Mr. Lipstickjeans actually fits very well, I like a nice snug fit that doesn't make you look like a stuffed sausage (which it definitely doesn't). It'll be ever so fabulous when it's done.

All of your WIPs are lookin awesome!

For Lipstick Jeans- maybe do some decreases centered in the back for your shaping. I always liked how those look especially on a cardi.

That edible arrangement looks SOOO yummy.

Woot! :)

Mr. Lipstick Jeans is looking great!

What a pretty (and yummy looking) edible arrangement. I've heard of them, but have never seen one.

The final Woot is the best Woot! Counting down with you :-)

What yarn are you making your lipstick jeans out of - I love the colour. I love those edible arrangements - we get them at work sometimes and they never last long.

Hope you are feeling better soon :0)

Your lipstick jeans looks great - not too tight at all, just nice and fitted.

And the Feb Lady sweater is a great colour.

That fruit! Oh my! Just what a gal needs midweek :0)

It's totally different in here, but I sort of like it.

I love how the red cardi is coming along. I need to swatch for that pattern at some point.

Nice Lipstickjeans. Should be very nice when done. I almost started February lady sweater myself. But the yarn I wanted to use came up short int he yardage dept....

As far as the treatment goes, just remember that your immune system is a little wonky and don't push yourself too hard. If your body says naptime, then it's naptime!

And it's almost over. Woot! indeed.
