Araucania, do ya wanna?? Isn't it funny how you may pronounce some yarn brand names you know like Koigu (is it koi-gu or ko-gu or ??)...this name seems to be a song for me...for others, maybe not but I can't help thinking it's pronounced do ya wanna, Arcuana, ok, may NOT hehe..
Anyways, onto the pr0n!
Very colorful I'd say!
Kinda soft too! Looks like a good sturdy sock yarn!
Araucania Ranco Multy
Colorway 310

A gift from hubby's cousin, I had no idea she knit...socks even! I knew she was a weaver, but when I saw her knitting stuff around her apartment this summer when we dropped our son off to school, I was thrilled. You see, I'll have a knitting buddy already when we move back home.
yeah, one day......do ya wanna??

Yes, that yarn is yummy looking..
I noticed in a previous post that your working on the Leyburn Sock...can I ask where to find the pattern
lol. When I read that about how to say certain names it occurred to me that I say "Araucania" *completely* wrong. For some reason when I look at the word my brain just mixes up the letters and may add in an "h" or something to. I'm gonna have to watch that one.
Ooooh. Pret-ty. I have 306, which is a more muted version, but this one rocks. Purrr....
Happy Friday!
I'm not even going to try saying that! :)
I love the yarn though. It kind of remindes me of a tie dyed t-shirt I used to have.
Wow! That sure is colorful!
I was thinking tie dyed also. Its always nice to have a knitting buddy!
I've never seen Arauncania that color before--cool!
Now I wanna Fanta!
He he - I wanna.
I love that colorway!! I have some in the stash some where, but its not nearly as divine!
That's going to make a nice pair of socks.
That's great you found out she knits too!
What a gorgeous colorway!! And fabulous gift!
Curious to see how that knits up. The color repeats are short, so I don't think there will be lots of pooling. Let's see if the socks come out looking as colorful as the skein!
coloureful like my kids were playing with creons!
So colourful! I wanna!
