As for the bling..um..it's growing on me, it'll definately be a shawl though, have a few patterns in mind.
Despite the bling, still pretty soft.
I've always liked burgundy type colors...guess it's the love of all shades of red maybe.

So pretty!!! I've got some sock yarn with that silver fiber and it seems too nice to wear on my feet!
Fresh From the Cauldron made a similar yarn called "Silver Sock" --- I made socks. Love having a little bling on the feet. LOL

I'm not a shiny person either, but I own a skein of Starry in Dusky Aurora. Who knows what I'll actually do with it. I like yours too!
I partcipated in a Starry mini-skein swap for my sock yarn blankie and I like the little pops of bling! I think a shawl will be gorg!
