I'm thinking it could be a bit poufier...may undo and add 2 more puff repeats...jury's still out on that.... good thing it's a while before it's needed.

Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Superchunky in Brown (gift from Charlotte :) 1 skein and about 2 yds from 2nd skein
US 10.5 circular (magic looped) for ribbing, US 13 for Puff rib pattern.
No mods other than needle sizes. I had enough yarn to knit it more poofier.
FYI K3tog is quite interesting, but doable.
My hat model is on strike!! She will not pose for me, told me today to get a fake head, heh the nerve of some people huh ;)

Well, since your model quit, shouldn't she provide her replacement? I think it looks good just how it is.
I thought cupcake too! I think it looks good the way it is, but the hats you show us for yourself are usually poofier. Will you wear it without more poof? If not, then you should add it.
I am anti-poof, so I think it looks great the way it is. But it's your hat, and if you aren't going to wear it like that then you're a knitter. You can fix it!
LOL, I was thinking cupcake, too! I think you have some poufier hats already, so I would leave this as is. Variety is the spice of life! :)
