believe it or not, a bowl of cereal. Takes me right back to being a kid. In fact, when I had to give up dairy for almost a year, the hardest thing to give up was that bowl of cereal, even more so than a bowl of icecream. 2nd hardest was pizza.
cheesey veggie bake - it just makes me feel good, happy and content - it's a touchstone food.J loves PNB & jam but I can't get my English head around it.

I love peanut butter and jelly, especially homemade jelly. I still eat it every week.

Risotto!!!! When I really want comfort food, I crank up the insulin pump, makes risotto and dive into that plate or creamy carb-filled goodness!! Mmmmmmmmm . . .

A perfect avocado, eaten with just a little bit of vinaigrette. That jam looks wonderful!
I have to pick just one? I'd almost say it's ice cream, but I'm not one to attach emotion to food, although my current waistline would suggest otherwise. Glad you enjoyed your sandwich!
