Is so soft and not too bad to spin! My main problem besides trying for consistent singles is pre-drafting, mainly at the wheel while spinning. I still get a few clumps. Sometimes I try not to pre-draft the braid before I spin, trying to learn different techniques. Um..yeah, think I'll just pre-draft before the spinning, for now ;)
I was trying for the ultimate yardage from the 3 oz. I had.
Here is is plyed and awaiting for it's bath. The plying...I totally get that! Love to do it and it's zen for me. Now if I could get someone to spin all my singles heck I'd be all set.
More luciousness pre-soak...
Here are some pics post soak...
Here you go, about 11 wpi, 2-ply and approximately 120 yds. I may have enough for this cowl...fingers crossed.
Here's a bobbin-ful
How it all started...

Hope I find more of this fiber one day. :) Off to knit a bit while I try to pass the time waiting...yeah...trying to be patient for the call that may make the next few months a wee bit wild...

The spinning terms are going right over my head, but I love seeing your end results. This one looks so soft and silvery and so very lovely!

Very calm and pretty - I like the bits of blue mixed in.
Very lovely. I wish I were a spinner! Do you know where I could buy any handspun? I'd like to knit with it someday!
