Get yer Greens....

Don't know why, but greens are catching my eye lately. Not that you'd notice me knitting with any of it lately...that will be remedied soon! ;)

My latest destash find.
Get your Greens

The brightness and vibrance of these skeins just cheer me up...
Love the knot
I need it today...lucky me is getting a root canal! New crown to replace cracked tooth, discover after weekend of pain, crack is deeper than suspected. So in a few weeks, I'll be getting another new crown...dental work...fun times...not!

Anyhow, pardon me while I hide this skein in my purse to squeeze today.
Ahhh
Merino Handpainted Fingering Weight in Get Your Greens
100% single ply merino wool, 2 skeins of 440 yds.
The Plucky Knitter in my lucky hands via a destash. This will be a shawl one day. Something I can wrap around and cuddle with :)

Oh, that's gorgeous!

Hang in there on the root canal. I had one in college, and honestly, it was so much easier than I ever thought it would be.

Ooog. Well, your dental work should go better with that pretty thing in your purse. I wish you good luck and lots of painkillers.

Yes I do believe pretty yarn is our reward for dental work. I think when you're done with your RC you should buy some more. ;)

Sorry to hear about the dental stuff ....that stinks. But you'll feel so much better when it is all over.

Lucky you have good yarn to take your mind off it.

Just gorgeous green! I knew it was plucky immediately (oops...does that mean I have a problem??!!?!).

Ugh on the root canal. I feel your pain. My crown fell out this weekend....I find out later this week if this will cost a little bit of yarn money or a LOT of yarn money.
