Anyhow! About 1 week ago, I went camping with my local knitting group. It's called Knit n'Camp and is an annual September event. Last year, being new, I only day camped. This year I camped out. No, not tent camping, I was lucky to grab a bunk in a friend's camper ;)
Aren't these banners the best! All the letters were knit by different members! My contribution was a red swatch I put the letter R on (seen above) i-cord makes great letters!
We camped at Lynx Lake Campgrounds.
A really lovely area, less than 5 miles from my house. When you drive in, you're in the forest and it feels like being home in Maine.
Here you can see where we hung out eating, chatting, spinning, and knitting for 2 days.

It was a nice, relaxing weekend. Hope I get to attend next year.
